Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO-JET is a compact AC servo system that pairs MR-JET-G servo amplifiers with HK servo motors. Mitsubishi designs it to be easy, simple and practical, with high-speed, high-precision control over CC-Link IE TSN for general-purpose machines.

Servo amplifier features

• CC-Link IE TSN (1 Gbps) with a communication cycle from 125 μs; MR-JET-G also supports CC-Link IE Field Network Basic.
• 3.2 kHz speed frequency response and 350% maximum torque.
• Quick tuning for fast startup and adjustment.
• Same height and depth across every servo amplifier capacity, with simple top and bottom wiring.
• Safety sub-function through direct connection.

Servo motor features

• HK-KN (small capacity, low inertia), HK-FN (small/medium capacity, high inertia), and HK-SN (medium capacity, medium inertia) rotary servo motors.
• 24-bit batteryless absolute position encoder, with no encoder backup battery needed.
• All-in-one connector on HK-KN and on HK-FN 0.1 to 0.75 kW models, and lock-type connectors for encoder, power, and brake.
• HK motors require MR-JET servo amplifiers with firmware version E8 or later.
