The MELSERVO-JE Series pairs MR-JE-A general-purpose interface servo amplifiers with HG-KN and HG-SN rotary servo motors for general-purpose machines, combining 2.0 kHz speed frequency response, point-table positioning, and tolerance against instantaneous power failure to shorten tact time and reduce machine downtime.
Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO-JE is a cost-effective AC servo system that pairs MR-JE-A general-purpose interface servo amplifiers with HG-KN and HG-SN rotary servo motors for fast, accurate control of general-purpose machines.
Servo amplifier features
- Speed frequency response of 2.0 kHz from a dedicated engine, shortening tact time.
- Advanced One-Touch Tuning: servo gains are adjusted with one-touch ease without a personal computer.
- Built-in positioning function on MR-JE-A, with point table positioning and advanced functions such as simple cam and mark detection.
- Tolerance against instantaneous power failure: the instantaneous power failure tough drive function and the large capacity capacitor reduce machine downtime.
- Energy conservation: the large capacity main circuit capacitor allows regenerative energy to be used effectively, reducing energy consumption.
- Command pulse input and digital input/output are compatible with both sink and source type connections.
- Pulse train and analog voltage command interface, with position, speed, and torque control modes.
Servo motor features
- 131,072 pulses/rev (17-bit) high-resolution encoder for high accuracy.
- HG-KN: rated speed 3000 r/min, maximum 5000 r/min, 0.1–0.75 kW, IP65.
- HG-SN: rated speed 2000 r/min, maximum 3000 r/min (2500 r/min on HG-SN302J), 0.5–3 kW, IP67.
- Electromagnetic brake (B) and oil seal (J) options on both series. IP ratings exclude the shaft-through portion.
