Mitsubishi Electric GOT2000 Series Graphic Operation Terminals (HMI) connect operators to factory automation equipment — from compact GT21 panels through mid-range GT25 to advanced multi-touch GT27. Confirm model selection with TKK.

GT27 — advanced multi-touch

GT27 is the advanced GOT2000 family for high-resolution operator interfaces with multi-touch and gesture operation. Screen sizes run from 5.7" (GT2705) to 15" XGA (GT2715). Multimedia and Video/RGB functions are available on GT27 models other than GT2705. AC and DC power, black and white panel finishes, and standard Ethernet plus serial interfaces cover typical FA panel layouts.

GT25 — mid-range and variants

GT25 is the high-performance mid-range GOT2000 family (about 5.7"–12.1"). Beyond standard black panels, the lineup includes white-panel, open-frame, wide (WVGA–WXGA), Handy (handheld), and rugged models for layouts that need a different enclosure or form factor. Confirm which variant fits the machine or panel with TKK.

• Standard GT25 — cost-efficient mid-range with Ethernet and serial as standard.
• Wide models — 7" / 10.1" / 12.1" WVGA–WXGA for wider operator views.
• Handy GOT — handheld 5.7" / 6.5" for teach and local operation.
• Rugged and open-frame options where the application needs a tougher or frameless install.

GT21 — compact and entry

GT21 covers compact and entry-level Graphic Operation Terminals from 3.8" monochrome through 4.3" color to 7" wide. Use GT21 when space, cost, or simple serial/Ethernet connectivity is the priority, including FXCPU-oriented 5 V DC models.

• GT21 compact — 3.8" monochrome and 4.3" color with Ethernet and/or serial options by model.
• GT21 wide — 7" WVGA black or silver for a wider compact panel.

Connectivity

GT27 and GT25 include Ethernet, RS-232, and RS-422/485 as standard interfaces (USB host/device and SD card on applicable models). Communication units extend the terminal to CC-Link IE TSN, CC-Link IE Control, CC-Link IE Field, CC-Link, bus, and MELSECNET networks. Multi-vendor Ethernet simultaneous connections are supported per Mitsubishi FA documentation. GT21 and some compact GT25 models have family-specific interface limits — confirm with the catalog or TKK. Option unit SKUs are not listed in full here; ask TKK for the right communication unit for your network.

Usability and functions

GOT2000 terminals provide TFT color (or monochrome on GT2103) operator screens with FA-backed functions for plant monitoring and control. Multi-touch and gestures apply on GT27. Typical GOT2000 functions include data logging, recipe, alarm handling, and backup/restore. Remote and soft functions such as VNC server, GOT Mobile, and FA Transparent are available as GOT functions — they are not SoftGOT software SKUs.

Screen projects for GOT2000 are designed with MELSOFT GT Works3 / GT Designer3 (GOT2000). A representative site license is SW1DND-GTWK3-EC. Confirm the package, version, and Thailand license form with TKK. No software pricing is listed on this page.
