FANUC Robot CR-7iA/L is a small collaborative robot, about the size of a human arm.
This small collaborative robot is used in various manufacturing processes, such as material handling and assembly of small electrical components. It allows safe collaboration with human operators without the need for safety fences.
Its compact size enables multiple robots to be installed close together in production lines where human operators are present. Thanks to its small, space-saving design, it can be efficiently installed in tight spaces. It also supports upside-down installation, including ceiling and wall mounting, providing a wider range of motion without interfering with the operator’s workspace.
Due to its lightweight design, the robot is easy to move using a wheeled cart. It also supports flexible perception when used with iRVision (integrated vision).
The green color, characteristic of collaborative robots, distinguishes it from FANUC’s yellow robots and allows it to be instantly recognized as a “safety robot.”
The robot and human operators can work in close proximity without safety fences.
It is designed to work directly with human operators (e.g., assembly work and material handling).
With Small Hand Guidance (optional), operation and teaching are simple and intuitive.
The robot immediately stops when it comes into contact with a human operator.
Operators can manually move the robot by pushing it.
The CR-7iA/L is certified according to the international standard ISO 10218-1.
Equipped with the latest intelligent functions, such as iRVision (integrated vision) and force sensors, the robot is designed for high reliability, based on the proven and certified LR Mate series.
