FANUC Robot CR-7iA is a small collaborative robot, about the size of a human arm.

This small collaborative robot is used in various manufacturing processes, such as material handling and assembly of small electrical components. It enables safe collaboration with human operators without the need for safety fences.

Its compact size allows multiple robots to be installed close together in production lines where human operators are also working. Its space-efficient design supports upside-down installation, including ceiling and wall mounting, enabling a wider range of motion without interfering with the operator’s workspace.

Thanks to its lightweight design, the robot can be easily moved using a wheeled cart. Flexible perception is possible using iRVision (integrated vision). The green color, a characteristic of collaborative robots, distinguishes it from FANUC’s yellow robots and allows it to be instantly recognized as a “safety robot.”

Collaborative Operation

With Small Hand Guidance (optional), operation and teaching are simple and intuitive.

Safety Functions

The robot immediately stops when it comes into contact with a human operator.
Operators can manually move the robot by pushing it.
The CR-7iA is certified according to the international standard ISO 10218-1.
