Connect OMRON Smart Sensors to your CompoNet network with the ZS-CRT Sensor Communications Unit. This gateway moves measurement data and judgment results to the PLC or PT without custom sensor-side programming—start up by connecting the communications cable.

• CompoNet Word Slave (node addresses 00–63) so Smart Sensor measurement data reaches the PLC or PT over CompoNet.
• Remote I/O for judgments and measurements across up to 4 tasks (HIGH / PASS / LOW / ERROR) to the Master—no programming required.
• Buyer-relevant message functions: GET/SET PARAMETER, EXECUTE MEASUREMENT, GET MEASUREMENT VALUES, and bank switching for configure-and-read over the network.
• Sensor Controller connection via USB; MS, NS, and USB indicators for on-panel status checks.
• Powered from CompoNet (14–26.4 VDC, 200 mA max); DIN 35 mm rail; IP20; about 30 × 58.2 × 98 mm and ~130 g; ferrite cores included.
