Ball Transfer

Structure and characteristics of ISB Ball Transfers.

ISB applies advanced high-precision technology to ISB ball transfers consisting of one big ball and dozens of small balls with parts processed by state-of-the-art machine tools.

Resistance values

The figures below are the resistance values for general SS metal (polished) and quenched metal (Load: 1,000kg Data shows the figures for using four units of IS-51.)
SS metal (polished)/0.02 - 0.035
Quenched metal/ 0.01 - 0.015

Load used

Specifications tables show the figures of rest loads. It is recommended to follow the formula below to calculate the loads used. (The figures may vary depending on specification conditions, i.e. speed, deflection load, impact, etc.)
Rest load x 0.6 = Load used
